Brickell is a major urban neighborhood district of the greater Downtown Miami in Florida. It is located due south of the historic CBD. Geography
This Miami neighborhood lies south of the Miami River. It is mostly a mix of financial and residential buildings. The area is home to more than 30,000 year round citizens. The area that is south of Broadway mainly consists of low and midrise buildings, these buildings are mainly residential. The east has many high rise residential buildings. Some of the buildings found there include one ‘millionaires row’, this is home to many costly residential properties and home to Miami’s elite. Although known for being a residential district, construction of many residential houses such as condominiums and apartments have been on the rise making the area a main residential area.
At the center, the area is full of restaurants, boutiques and services that attract an essence if high class retailers and restaurants.

In 2010, the area had a population of 27,776 people. The population density was 37,662 per square mile, this makes it a highly dense area in the whole of the United States. The area has three zip codes which are 33129, 33130 and 33131. Total area of the district is a whopping 2.81 square kilometers (1.084 square miles). Many people in the population work in finance, banking and law.

Brickell City Centre located at 701 S Miami Ave, Miami, FL 33131 . To get to The Shops at Mary Brickell Village , go east on SW 8th St towards S Miami Ave for about .1 mile and then turn right onto Brickell Plaza. go another 0.1 mile until you turn right onto SE 10th St. About 240 ft, you will turn right at the cross street onto South Miami Ave. The Shops at Mary Brickell Village will be located at 901 S. After you are done at The Shops at Mary Brickell Village ,, you may wish to take a short 0.8 mile drive toSimpson Park in Brickell, located at 5, SW 17th Rd, Miami, FL 33129 to take a stroll and relax will checking out the endangered plants. To get there, head north on S. Miami Ave to SE 9th St after about 157ft. Take the right onto SE 9th St. Go about 338 ft and then turn right onto Brickell Plaza. After about 0.2 miles, turn right onto SW 12th St. Go approximately 56 ft then turn left not S. Miami Ave. Enter the traffic circle to take the 2nd exit to stay on S. To get there, go southeast on SW 17th Rd going towards S. Miami Ave (for about 394 ft). Turn left at the cross street onto South Miami Ave. Head 0.2 miles before entering the traffic circle, take the 3rd exit out of the circle onto SW 15th Rd for about 0.3 miles. To get there, take SW 2nd Ave north for about 0.1 miles , turn right on to SW 8th St or Tamiami Trail. Go 0.3 miles to S. Miami Ave where you will turn left, head through the traffic circle at 0.1 miles to keep straight onto S. Miami Ave . After crossing the Miami River, from the right lane, turn slight right onto SW 3rd St.. Head about 400 ft. and then turn right onto SE 4th St. After about 0.1 mi, turn right onto SE 2nd Ave(Brickell Ave), then go another 0.1 mi where you will see The Capital Grille on your right.
