Places to go & see near Downtown Miami
To start, you should visit the FTX Arena, located at 601 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132. To get there from central downtown Miami, head north on Biscayne Blvd for about 0.2 miles to NE 8th St where you should turn right (east) t the Arena. See map below:
From the FTX Arena, we will proceed to the hotel InterContinental Miami, located at 100 Chopin Plaza, Miami, FL 33131 by taking NE 6th ST about 0.2 to turn left on Biscayne Blvd. Drive south on Biscayne Blvd for 0.6 miles to where it turns right onto SE 2nd ST where you will continue for about 0.2 miles to SE 3rd Ave. Turn left on SE 3rd Ave. Go about 312 ft and turn left onto SE 3rd ST. Proceed 0.1 miles where you will make a slight left back onto Biscayne Blvd. In about 282 ft, you will turn right(east) onto Chopin Plaza where the InterContinental Miami will be on the right. From the InterContinental Miami hotel, we will head over to the Rusty Pelican Restaurant, located at 3201 Rickenbacker Causeway, Miami, FL 33149. Head west on Chopin Plaza to turn north (right) onto Biscayne Blvd. In about 0.1 mile make a U-turn to stay on Biscayne Blvd. Drive for 0.1 miles to turn right on SE 2nd ST. Keep right to stay on SE 2nd ST and then turn south (left) on SE 2nd Ave. Stay on SE 2nd Ave and drive 0.3 miles to cross drawbridge and continue to Brickell Ave. Drive on Brickell Ave for about 1.6 miles to turn left onto Rickenbacker Causeway. Proceed about 2.0 miles on the Rickenbacker Causeway to then make a U-turn and then drive another 0.3 miles to the Rusty Pelican Restaurant on the right side. See Map below:
From the Rusty Pelican, we will go to see Dolphins at the Miami Seaquarium, located at 4400 Rickenbacker Causeway, Miami, FL 33149. To get there, we will head southeast for about 0.1 miles to turn slight right towards the Rickenbacker Causeway. At the Rickenbacker Causeway, turn left and drive about 0.9 miles to the Miami Seaquarium on the right. See Map below:
From the Miami Seaquarium, proceed over to the Virginia Key Beach North Point Park, located at 3801 Rickenbacker Causeway, Miami, FL 33149. To get there, coming out of parking lot , turn right on Rickenbacker Causeway and make a quick left in about 308 ft to U-turn back onto Rickenbacker Causeway. Drive 0.1 miles to turn right onto Arthur Lamb Jr. Rd. Proceed driving about 1.6 miles to turn right on Arthur Lamb Jr. Rd. In about 0.1 mile, the park will be on the right. See Map below:
2. Slight right onto SW 3rd St. Continue for 26 ft.
3. Continue straight onto SE 1st Ave. Drive for 0.2 mile.
4. Turn left onto E Flagler St. Drive for 0.1 mile. Our office will be on the left.
